Good news for television watchers! Zee TV has announced revamp of the channel with the launch of 24 new programmes beginning from August 27.
The new programming line-up is being introduced after extensive research across the country into viewer demands and viewing habits, Zee Telefilms Ltd group broadcasting CEO Sandeep Goyal told reporters in Mumbai.

He said the company would spend close to Rs 15 crore in the next one month on advertising and promotion of the new programme line-up alone.

The new programmes include country's first audience participation fiction show, Aap jo bolen haan to haan, aap jo bolen naa to naa, based on popular British serial You Decide, where the audience decide how a particular story should end.
He said the revamping exercise would be extended to all the other channels of the network in the near future.
Goyal said four of the new programmes have been shot abroad extensively, with weekend soap Sansaar, story of an Indian family based in United Kingdom, shot in five continents.
Every afternoon, the channel would air best of the Zee TV over the years under Zee nostalgia and a matinee movie five days a week at three in the afternoon.
The new line-up also includes two new game shows Shekhar Suman's Niilaamghar and Ashutosh Rana's Baazi Kiski on weekends. Bureau Report
