Ahmedabad, Sept 30: Two people involved in the post Godhra riots have been arrested by the Gujarat Police from a village near Bhopal. Refusing to divulge further details, a senior official, however, said that he could tell us that it has nothing to do with the temple attack.
A team of sleuths from Ahmedabad police fanned around various places across the country after the riots, he said.
The arrest was made at a hamlet called Sajonpur, police sources here said.
Meanwhile, Ahmedabad police commissioner K R Kaushik told reporters that the arrests are not related to the temple attack. Bureau Report
