Lucknow, Oct 02: A kisan pension scheme for the benefit of small and marginal farmers was launched in Uttar Pradesh today. Talking to newspersons here, chief secretary of the state A P Singh said the scheme providing a monthly pension of Rs.150 to farmers above 60 years of age with the monthly income of less that Rs 1000 will benefit about 15 to 20 lakh farmers FSOF the state.
