Agartala, Sept 08: A five-member delegation of Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) will arrive here today to finalise modalities of the proposed Agartala-Dhaka bus service. The delegation, led by BRTC chairman Taimur Alam Khandakar, was scheduled to arrive yetsreday but the visit was deferred for a day. During the visit, the delegation will meet representatives of Tripura Road Transport Corporation (TRTC) and other government officials here, the sources added. The decision to introduce Agartala-Dhaka bus service was taken at a meeting of the Joint Economic Commission of India and Bangladesh held in Dhaka on July 16 last.
