Islamabad, Mar 07: Pakistan has urged the US and UK to increase their forces in Afghanistan in order to fully stamp out terrorists sheltering in the country. ''The matter will be discussed during US Secretary of State Colin Powell's coming visit,'' Interior Minister Saleh Faisal Hayat told reporters here yesterday, the dawn today reported today. The minister pointed out that the regional situation, especially the Afghan issue, impinged on Pakistan's interests and was be discussed with Secretary Powell. Replying to a volley of questions on the recent massacre in Quetta carnage, Hayat that said those killed involved people from Shia and other sects and did not rule out the involvement of al-Qaeda in the incident.
