London, Oct 16: Arsenal and five of its players admitted to acting improperly during last month`s contentious premier league game against Manchester United, the Football Association said Wednesday.
Two Manchester United players denied any wrongdoing. Ashley Cole, Patrick Vieira, Ray Parlour, Martin Keown and Lauren have ``admitted`` to various misconduct charges, while the club itself admitted to a charge of ``failing to ensure the proper behavior`` of its players, the FA said.
Arsenal goalkeeper Jens Lehmann had a charge of improper conduct dropped but was warned about his future conduct.
Man U`s Ryan Giggs and Cristiano Ronaldo denied charges of improper conduct. The FA said it would set hearing dates ``in due course.`` all players charged face a fine, suspension or both.
Several Arsenal players taunted United striker Ruud Van Nistelrooy after he missed a penalty in second-half injury time, and the game ended 0-0. Keown struck Van Nistelrooy with his arm, and Lauren pushed him following the final whistle.



Players also scuffled at midfield. Keown had charges of improper conduct and violent behavior combined into one charge of violent behavior. Lauren admitted to a charge of violent behavior for pushing Van Nistelrooy and two charges of improper conduct.



Cole and Vieira admitted to a single charge of improper conduct, while Parlour admitted to two charges of improper conduct.
