Bigg Boss 10: I have edge over other contestants, says wildcard contestant Sahil Anand
Actor Sahil Anand says filmmaker Karan Johar wished him luck for his stint in the controversial reality show `Bigg Boss`.
Mumbai: Actor Sahil Anand says filmmaker Karan Johar wished him luck for his stint in the controversial reality show "Bigg Boss".
Sahil played the role of Varun Dhawan's friend in the 2012 film "Student of the Year", that also starred Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra.
"After 'Student of the Year' my life has changed completely. I have been working continuously and I am very happy. Before coming to 'Bigg Boss', I personally sent a message to Karan Johar and told him that I am going on 'Bigg Boss' show and I need your support. He wished me (luck) back," Sahil told PTI.
Sahil is one of the wild card contestants on the tenth season of "Bigg Boss" that is aired on Colors Channel.
"I think I have an edge (over other contestants) as I know how they (contestants) are playing (in the show). But then being a wild card I also have a disadvantage that I will be the soft target as I came late in the show. I would appreciate if the contestants on the show speak truth before evicting me," he said.
According to the 29-year-old actor, model Lopamudra Raut is playing good on the show ,as she is being straightforward and takes stand for people.
Considering the fact that the show "Bigg Boss" often sees contestants back biting, hurling abuses at each other and yelling on top of their voice, Sahil says he would react according to the situation in the house.
"Being a Punjabi when I was young I was very hyper, it was in my blood. But when I came to Mumbai I changed a lot and I became calm. I am good to people who are good to me and I am bad to those who are bad to me. I don't know when this 'sher' side of me will wake up," he added.
