On Board Special IAF Aircraft, Feb 15: Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani today said the NDA has practised democratic governance unlike the Congress. Neither the BJP nor the NDA had the ''Congress culture'' of raising slogans like ''Indira is India'', the Deputy Prime Minister opined. ''All our decisions have been taken by the Union cabinet whereas in the erstwhile Congress regime at the Centre only six to seven ministers used to take all the decisions,'' Advani said while talking to mediapersons on board the special IAF aircraft, enroute to Ahmedabad where he will flag off a new Ahmedabad-Darbhanga express train. Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee personified the image and ideology of the BJP and NDA government and Congress chief Sonia Gandhi should realise the difference between the two regimes (NDA and Congress), he said, coming down heavily on Gandhi's recent remarks criticising the BJP for not having any other issue to talk about than Vajpayee.
