Hyderabad, June 22: Three activists of ruling TDP were killed in a bomb attack in Anantapur district of the state today. A group of five assailants, armed with crude bombs, sticks and sickles, attacked Chalapati, Ramachandirah and Venkata Narayana on the outskirts of Parasannapally village killing them on the spot, police said here.
Another person, Venkataramiah, was injured in the attack, they said. The attackers were said to be Congress sympathisers, police said adding, political rivalry was the cause behind the killings. Bureau Report
