Mumbai, Oct 20: Alleging that a senior minister from the Democratic Front (DF) government had received Rs 20 crore from prime accused in the multi-crore fake stamp paper scam Abdul Karim Telgi, opposition leader in the assembly Nitin Gadkari demanded an inquiry and his arrest under MCOCA. Gadkari, in a press statement, alleged that the minister from the DF government has taken money to protect Telgi.

The BJP leader said he has already given relevant information to the DGP S S Puri, heading the special investigation team (sit) and demanded a lie detector test for Telgi to reveal the name of the minister.

"Even after repeated demands to take a lie detector test of Telgi," Gadkari said his demand was not met
