Search of Sukhbir Badal resort completed
Gurgaon (Haryana), July 17: Punjab Vigilance Bureau sleuths have completed their search of SAD general secretary Sukhbir Singh Badal`s resort here in connection with a disproportionate assets case against him and his father, former chief minister Parkash Singh Badal.

The 40-member vigilance team, assisted by officials of Public Works Department roads and building, completed photography, videography and measurement of the Orbit Resort
yesterday, vigilance sources said.
They said imported marble had been used in the flooring of the resort but did not divulge more information about the results of the search. The team, which conducted a raid on the premises on Sunday, could start photography and videography only a day later as they did not have orders.
Meanwhile, official sources here said the resort spread over 17.5 acres had not paid external development charges of Rs 402 per square metre to the Haryana State Industrial Development Corporation despite several notices. Bureau Report
