Ballia, Oct 29: Former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Kalyan Singh was fully aware of the VHP's plan to demolish the Babri mosque in Ayodhya, senior BJP leader and member of legislative council Mithilesh Narain has claimed. "The VHP had finalised the plan on the day of demolition on December 06, 1992 and the then District Magistrate R N Srivastava and Superintendent of Police, D B Ray knew about the plan," he told reporters here last night.
