Mumbai, Dec 12: 'Stumped', a film based on the 1999 Kargil conflict between India and Pakistan, will be ready for release in mid-January, producer of the movie and Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon said today. Speaking to reporters after launching the 'Hutch-MSN Cricketer', Raveena said she went to the Kargil Sector during the conflict and was moved to see that while the soldiers were fighting at the front, the cricket lovers were engrossed in watching the World Cup. ''My film is based on the paradoxical situation existing at that point of time.'' Two companies, MSN India and mobile service provider Hutchison are investing in the film. However, MSN India director Shriram Adukoorie, while talking to a news agency, refused to reveal the amount. Mr Adukoorie said MSN was investing as both technology and cricket would figure in the film. He said use of the Hutch MSN cricketer, a software which allows the users to receive a ball-by-ball account of a match, will be shown in this film. The application is a tie-up between MSN India and Hutchison.
