Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 18: The fifth triennial all-India meet of the Associate Banks' Officers Association (ABOA) will begin here today. The three-day meeting will focus on major issues including privatisation of banking sector, the association leaders. It will be to be attended by over 300 delegates from seven associate banks of SBI. Other issues to be deliberated would include the move to withdraw dearness allowance on pension, future of associate banks, wage revision and mounting NPA of banks, ABOA president N S Muraleedharan Nair and general secretary A C Chandra Prasad told reporters here.
