Nagpur, May 10: A grand reception was hosted by the Pendharkar's for their star cricketer son-in-law Rahul Dravid and his medico wife Dr Vijeta at officers club at AF Headquarters Maintenance Command (HQMC) at Vayusena Nagar here tonight. The reception was attended by top city officials, bureaucrats, members of business and industries and former Test player Prashant Vaidya.
Rahul's parents also attended the reception. The cricketer, dressed in a cream coloured suit and Vijeta, wearing a red Banarasi saree with a golden border, earlier appeared for a brief photo session at hotel pride.
The vice-captain of Indian cricket team politely declined to take questions, saying, "It is a private occasion and let it remain so." The Dravids would return to Bangalore via Mumbai tomorrow. Bureau Report
