New Delhi, Mar 16: The Election Commission is examining a complaint by the opposition parties in Tamil Nadu, protesting against the ''personalised attack'' on Congress president Sonia Gandhi on the issues of her foreign origin, in violation of the model of code of conduct. ''We are examining this matter,'' Deputy Election Commissioner A N Jha told reporters.
