The five-part series, 'Snoop & Son: A Dad's Dream', to be aired on ESPN, follows the rapper and his son Cordell Broadus on their adventures trying to launch Broadus' football career.

Broadus is a high school football star who has been recruited by USC and Notre Dame, said The Hollywood Reporter.

The series launches on January 14. Dogg, 43, started the Snoop Youth Football League in LA almost 10 years ago to foster a positive environment through recreational sports.

Dogg has served as both a coach and mentor in the league, and he got Broadus involved in the sport early.
