Kiruttinan murder case transferred to sessions court
Madurai, Nov 15: The case relating to murder of former DMK minister T Kiruttinan, has been transferred to the sessions court by the Judicial Magistrate Vanitha.
Madurai, Nov 15: The case relating to murder of former DMK minister T Kiruttinan, has been transferred to the sessions court by the Judicial Magistrate Vanitha.
Senior DMK leader and son of the DMK supremo, M K Azhagiri, one of the main accused in the case, who appeared before the magistrate today informed the magistrate that he had accepted the charge-sheet, and he had been told that the case had been transferred to the sessions court.
He also told the magistrate that he would engage his own
lawyer, when he was asked by the magistrate if he needed legal
assistance.
Police had accused Azhagiri and 12 others in the May 20
murder of Kiruttinan.
