New Delhi, July 23: Newly-appointed Tamil Nadu Youth Congress president M K Vishnu Prasad has met Congress president Sonia Gandhi and discussed with her the issue of strengthening the party in the state. 31-year-old Prasad said Gandhi told him that he was taking over reins of the youth wing in Tamil Nadu at a critical time and it was a very big responsibility.
