Bettiah, Nov 26: One person drowned and five were missing when a country boat capsized in Gandak river near Asharampatkahuli village of Bihar's West Champaran district, police said today. Superintendent of Police Parasnath told that the boat carrying 25 people from Bathna village to Asharampatkhauli village lost balance and overturned yesterday. Nineteen swam to safety, he said.

While one body was found today, search was on to trace five missing persons, the SP said. Bureau Report
