Bateman, 47, will star, direct and produce the comedy, while Andrea Seigel ('Laggies') will write the script, said The Hollywood Reporter.

Aniston, 46, is also attached to executive produce.

'Significant Other' centres on an up-and-coming, type-A businesswoman (Aniston) who is in the final stages of being recruited for a major CEO position, but before she gets the job her company wants to meet her spouse, an unpolished stay-at-home husband (Bateman).

Sperm-donor comedy 'The Switch' was directed by Josh Gordon and Will Speck. The two actors are now prepping to reunite for Gordon and Speck's newest comedy, 'Office Christmas Party', which will start filming this spring.
