Sarah Jessica Parker in `All Roads Lead to Rome`

Los Angeles: 'Sex And The City' star Sarah Jessica Parker is all set to star in upcoming romantic comedy 'All Roads Lead to Rome'.

Directed by Ella Lemhagen of 'The Crown Jewels' fame from a screenplay she wrote with Cindy Meyers and Josh Appignanesi, the film will see Parker playing the role of Maggie.

Maggie is an uptight New Yorker forced to go on a road trip in Rome with her former Italian lover to find her rebellious teenage daughter.

The film will be released by AMBI Pictures and Paradox Studios, according to the Entertainment Weekly.

"We've been looking for a very commercial romantic comedy to add to our slate and immediately knew we found exactly what we were looking for when we read All Roads Lead to Rome," Andrea Iervolino of AMBI said.

"The film is a perfect vehicle for Sarah, an extraordinary actress who has such an authentic connection with audiences."
