London: The much awaited Toronoto International Film Festival (TIFF) 2016 lineup has been released and it is as excellent as ever.

Along with films like 'The Birth of a Nation', 'Loving' and 'Paterson', which have been doing well in Sundance and Cannes festivals, TIFF will premiere a host of films which will either do big box office business or get into the 2017 Oscar race, reports the Independent.


Some of the films set to be shown at this year's festival in Canada, which takes place from 8-18 September, include 'The Magnificent Seven', 'Deepwater Horizon', 'Arrival', 'La La Land', 'Snowden', 'Nocturnal Animals', 'American Pastoral', 'Queen of Katwe', 'A United Kingdom', 'The Edge of Seventeen'.


Films that received TIFF premieres in the past include 'Argo', 'The King's Speech' and 'Silver Linings Playbook.'
