London: Singer Jennifer Lopez has teamed up with Lin-Manuel Miranda to record a duet to raise money for an initiative helping the victims of the Orlando shootings.

Lopez, 46 has teamed up with the 36-year-old Broadway star on the track called 'Love Make The World Go Round,' to help the Hispanic Federation's Proyecto Somos Orlando initiative, reported Contactmusic.


She took to Twitter to make the announcement, "Me and @Lin_Manuel are working in the studio on something very special... #LMTWGR #LoveMakeTheWorldGoRound #happy4thofJuly (sic)."


The "Hamilto" star shared a preview of the track through Twitter. "Sooo @JLo & yours truly went in on a tune that will benefit https://hispanicfederation.Org/SomosOrlando/ here's a taste! #LMTWGR (sic)"


The song includes lyrics like, "A generation of innovators enabled to patiently wait for change 'cause change is what they've been afraid of ... The malevolence can wait, raise a level of debate, celebrate, elevate."


Also, "We're not staying inside today... They're not taking our pride away."
