Tiwari says his song in the Akshay Kumar-starrer drama-thriller is in the dance zone which he has never attempted.

"My song in 'Airlift' is a dance number, which is something I have done for the first time. It is an experiment and I am eagerly awaiting the audience's response," Tiwari told PTI.

"It is a dance number with melody which you can hum with simple words. It will be shot on Akshay Kumar," he added. The composer is currently happy with the response to his latest song "Tu Mere Paas" from megastar Amitabh Bachchan and Farhan Akhtar starrer "Wazir".

Tiwari says it was a great moment when the "Bhaag Milkha Bhaag" star complimented him for the song. "I wasn't there when Farhan first heard the song, but his tweet where he complimented me was a big morale booster for me. I told him casually, let's meet and record a version of the song in his voice. If the director, producer feel it will
be great for the film, then I would love to record with him.

Farhan is a very good singer and has a great voice," he said. Tiwari, who delivered this year's hit "Tu Hai Ki Nahi" featuring Ranbir Kapoor from "Roy", considers himself a "kid" in the industry and feels often people do not understand his melody.

"I still consider myself a kid in this industry. Jeet Ganguly, Mithoon, Arjit Singh are seniors with massive experience. I have not done many projects, I have been very
limited in terms of choices. May be not many people understand my melody," he said.

"What you and I may think as good, people might have a different take on it...I am fine with it," he added.
