Guna (MP), Nov 15: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh owns joint properties and assets worth about Rs 5.24 crore including 730 gram of gold with him and 5129 gram gold with his wife Asha Singh. As per the affidavit submitted by the Chief Minister along with his nomination paper for the assembly polls from Raghogarh, Singh owns 17 kg silver and his wife 1775 gram.

The properties are in the name of Singh, his wife and son Yashvardhan Singh while his younger brother and MP Laxman Singh's name is also included in the joint family list, according to information given in the affidavit.

It said that the Chief Minister does not owe loan to any bank or financial institution and there are properties in Bhopal, Indore, Delhi and Jhalawar besides Raghogarh in the name of his family members. Singh has shares of six different companies while his wife has shares of two companies.

As per the affidavit, Singh's joint Hindu family has gold worth Rs 4.26 lakh and 17316 gram silver.
