Mumbai, May 01:Indian Banks Association chairman Dalbir Singh said today he is disappointed that three of the four officers associations have called a strike tomorrow, even when talks over salary revision and other issues were in progress. He said the strike call was unjustified when the dialogue process was on.

"Work may be affected but workers belonging to the five unions have not joined the stir", he added.
All India Reserve Bank Officers' Association (AIRBOA) has also extended moral support to the strike saying the demands are very genuine.
"It is a matter of grave concern that even though two rounds of negotiations are over, IBA has not shown any seriousness to resolve vexing issues", AIRBOA general secretary L R Parab said in statement. Bureau Report
