Peshawar, Apr 17: Pakistani border guards today foiled a bid to smuggle weapons from Afghanistan into Pakistan and arrested a driver, officials said. The weapons, including 38 hand grenades and many assault rifles, were found in a truck at Torkham, the main border crossing point, 45 kilometers west of northwestern city of Peshawar, said customs official Nazir Jan.
