Shimla, June 08: In a major administrative reshuffle, state government has transferred 11 Himachal Administrative Service (HAS) officers. R N Batta, who recently returned from deputation abroad, has been posted as secretary, state transport authority holding simultaneous charge as additional director, transport, an official release said today.

Rajeev Kumar Shankar, regional transport officer, Hamirpur has been posted as additional director, Himachal Institute of Public Administration.

P S Kutlaharia, secretary, transport authority has been posted as additional secretary, home and tribal developments.
Others who have been transferred are J R Katwal, Madan Chauhan, Nirmal Singh Suman, Vinod Kumar, Nand Lal Verma, Man Singh Verma, Kishori Lal and Rakesh Dhiman.
