New Delhi, June 17: A three-membered Indian team from the Army Medical Corps is in Iraq to assess the ground level situation in the backdrop of the visit by a Pentagon delegation aimed at convincing the Government of sending Indian troops to Iraq. The team of Army medicos team that left on Sunday will initially set up a 50-60 bedded hospital which will later be upgraded to one with more than 300 beds. Army sources speaking to Zee News, however, refused to identify the areas in which the team will function but sources said four to five areas has already been identified.
