Singer Diana Ross has entered a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center to "clear up some personal issues" before she embarks on a summer concert tour, her publicist said on Thursday. Ross, 58, "voluntarily entered" the residential treatment facility promises in Malibu about 10 days ago. "She wanted to be in great shape because she is someone who feels a sense of responsibility to her family and her fans," spokesman Paul Bloch said. Asked what specific problems she sought to address at the rehab center, Bloch said, "I can't comment past this." He said he did not know how much longer she would remain at Promises but planned to be out in time for her world tour that begins this summer.
