President George Bush led a sombre, angry nation in mourning on Friday for the thousands of victims of this week`s aerial assaults against the United States.In a stiff message for those who perportrated the heinous deed, Bush said United States would strike at a time of its choosing. In his address at the ceremony, President Bush said that the United States would meet its responsibility to wipe out terrorism saying, “this nation is fierce when stirred to anger”.

“Americans do not yet have the distance of history, but our responsibility to history is already clear: to answer these attacks and rid the world of evil,” Bush declared.
“This conflict was begun on the timing and terms of others. It will end in a way and at an hour of our choosing,” he promised. Bureau Report
