Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 19: The VHP in Kerala will observe October 19 as 'black day' to protest against the arrest of VHP leaders including its chief Ashok Singhal and 'police excesses against Ram Bhakts' at Ayodhya yesterday.
Marches and rallies would be organised throughout the state as part of the protest, VHP state organising secretary Kummanam Rajasekharan said in a statement here .
