Lucknow, June 17: Uttar Pradesh Samata Party president Ram Asrey Verma today resigned from the primary membership of the party saying he had failed to imbibe party culture. In a letter addressed to national president of Samata Party George Fernandes, Verma said he tried hard to understand the culture of the party, but failed. “I am feeling light after quitting the party,” he said in the letter.
