Patna, Nov 08: The crisis in the ruling combine in Bihar seemed to have blown over with three Congress ministers, who had offered to resign and had stayed away from office for the last several days, deciding to resume duty today. The ministers' decision follows a directive from the Congress high command and assurances from Bihar chief minister Rabri Devi and RJD chief Laloo Prasad Yadav to redress their grievances.
Bihar PCC president Shakeel Ahmed told reporters here that the three - Mohammed Javed, Mohd Zahidur Rahman and Chaudhary Mehboob Ali Kaisar - had been conveyed the party high command's instruction to join office and they resumed duty from today.
Ahmed said during extensive talks he and CLP leader Vijay Shanker Dubey had with Yadav and Rabri Devi and AICC general secretary Oscar Fernandes, it was decided that the ministers' opinions would be heard and their demand for a say in administrative functioning in their districts kept in mind.

Hinting at a reshuffle in the portfolios, he said these ministers might get additional charges soon.
It was decided at the meeting that there would be a reshuffle in the administration of the districts to which these minister belonged to according to their wishes, he added. Bureau Report
