Banihal (J&K), May 7: According to intelligence intercepts, top militant commanders have asked their cadres to trigger explosions and target politicians, poll workers and security personnel, in a bid to disrupt the fourth phase of polling on may 10 in sensitive Doda Lok Sabha constituency in Jammu and Kashmir. Top commanders of Jaish-e-Mohammed , Lashkar-e-Toiba, Hizbul Mujahideen and Harkat-ul-Jehadi Islam have told their cadres to go for joint actions to disrupt rallies and polls in Doda, Udhampur and Kathua districts, defense sources said. Anti-poll posters have also come up in Chatroo, Gandoh, Baleesa, Gool, Banihal and other remote places in the past few days, warning people to keep away from polls or face death. Bureau Report
