New Delhi, Apr 29: VCustomer, a US-based global provider of BPO, contact centre and technical support services, today announced it has got ISO 9001:2000 certification for all its processes. "Obtaining the certification shows VCustomer's end-to-end internal processes, including service provision, people management, infrastructure and products are consistent and meet the evolving customer requirements," Sujit Baksi, president of VCustomer, told newspersons here.
The audit was conducted by DQS BQR Inc, a management system certification firm. The certification recognises VCustomer's aim to enhance customer satisfaction through effective application of its quality management system, including continuous improvement of the system.
