Ayodhya, June 29: The Liberhan Commission today visited some important banks on Saryu river here today to see what possible routes the karsewaks had taken while entering the town during the demolition of the disputed structure on December six,1992, official sources said.

Justice M S Liberhan, who led the four-member team,
visited Naya bank along the Saryu river and went round
Panchkosi Parikrama Marg measuring about 16 km.
According to reliable sources, the old Parikrama Marg was believed to be main routes for the karsewaks, who reached here from different directions.
The team visited acquired land here for the second time and spent about two hours there. Tight security arrangements were made in the acquired land during the visit
The team, which completed its two-day visit to Ayodhya and left for Delhi held an informal meeting with top officials and consulted revenue records of Nazul and revenue department.
The sources said visitors were not allowed to meet the members.
