Babri case: Arguments on June 24
Rae Bareilly, June 19: Special court here today gave four more days to CBI for producing evidence in the Babri Mosque demolition case. The CBI was today unable to supply copies of audio and video cassettes regarding the case to the defence counsels. The next date for hearing is June 24.

Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani and seven others are accused in the case.
Special CBI judge Vinod Kumar Singh, on June 13, had fixed today as the date of hearing and exempted Advani and seven others from personal appearance.

Besides Advani, the seven accused in the case include HRD Minister Murli Manohar Joshi, BJP leaders Uma Bharati and Vinay Katiyar, and VHP leaders Ashok Singhal, Giriraj Kishore, Vishnu Hari Dalmia and Sadhvi Ritambra.
