Hoshiarpur, July 10: Former Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal today said a commission headed by a high court judge should be constituted to probe all corruption
charges against any political person, including the Akali Dal leaders.
"Not a single FIR had been registered on the complaint of a
public man. All the FIRs against Akali Dal leaders have been
registered on the report basis of SP vigilance," Badal told
reporters here.
He said there was not a single complaint against him from the public. "Vigilance Bureau raided my various business premises and residence but it could not get any thing against me," Badal added.
"Whereas Lok Pal has pinpointed involvement of six of the Congress ministers in corruption cases, but Amarinder Singh's government has failed in taking action against any of them,” Badal said adding partial attitude of the state government towards any of the corrupt person was a clear cut indication about its vindictiveness.
