Badwah (MP), Nov 07: In a setback to Congress ahead of Madhya Pradesh Assembly polls, its senior leader in west Nimad, Praveensingh Solanki, today quit the party and announced his decision to join BJP along with his supporters. Solanki, chairman of Sanavad Muncipal council of west Nimad district, said he was feeling "suffocated" in the Congress.
Accusing Congress of having failed to fulfill its promises, Solanki said he was joining BJP with a large number of his followers to back the leadership of Uma Bharti.
