Five killed, hideout busted in J&K
Jammu, Sept 23: Five persons, including a Pakistani intruder, were killed in militancy-related incidents in Jammu and Kashmir and a militant hideout was busted by the security forces since last evening, official sources said here today.

The security forces gunned down a Pakistani intruder at Alfa Machal post in Akhnoor sector early this morning, they said, adding an AK-rifle with four magazines and 100 rounds, two Chinese grenades and some currency notes were found from him.
Militants gunned down one Mohammad Hussain and his son in Chak Banola village of Mendhar in Poonch district while labelling him as an "informer" of the security forces, the sources said.
Police recovered two bodies, suspected to be that of militants, in Neeli village of Manjakote in Rajouri district, they said.
Militants opened fire on the cattle sheds of two village defence committee members in Dharamkund area of Ramban in Doda district last night, they said, adding it resulted in a fire in which several goats were burnt.
The security forces busted a militant hideout in Surankote area of Poonch district and recovered two Pika guns and four belts, one umg, two UBGL grenades, one radio set with antenna and five ak magazines, the sources said.
