Washington, Nov 21: The Houe of Representatives passed by 418 votes to 2 a bill to curb mutual fund trading abuses and increase oversight. The bill aims at curbing abuses in the $7 trillion mutual fund industry in which 95 million Americans have invested. The Senate is expected to address the issue next year because too little time remains in this year's session to complete legislative action. Bureau Report
