Baghdad, Oct 27: Ousted President Saddam Hussein is behind the car-bombing outside the international committee of the Red Cross Headquarters in Baghdad today, Iraq's Interim Deputy Interior Minister charged. "It's an ignoble terrorist attack carried out by Saddam Hussein's men," Ahmed Ibrahim told reporters at the scene of the blast. "Saddam Hussein is behind all the disasters that are happening in Iraq," the deputy minister added. "I am telling you that we are waiting for him and his supporters." Bureau Report
