Vladikavkaz, Sept 15: A truck exploded today outside a government security building in Ingushetia, bordering Chechnya, a Russian news agency reported. Casualties are feared, the report added.
The Ingush interior ministry confirmed the powerful explosion near the federal security service's building in the Ingush capital of Magas, but refused to provide any other details. The news agency report said that Kamaz truck laden with explosives detonated today morning. Citing an unidentified official, the agency reported that there were numerous casualties.
According to the report, at least 100 people were working in the building at the time of the blast. Madzina Nadziyeva, spokeswoman for the Ingush interior ministry, said that it was too early to discuss casualties. Bureau Report
