Lucknow, Oct 01: The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court today fixed October 9 for hearing the petition of Madhumani Tripathi, wife of former Uttar Pradesh Minister Amar Mani Tripathi, seeking stay on her arrest in the poetess Madhumita Shukla murder case. The two-member bench comprising Justice Khem Karan and Justice G K Gupta also directed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probing the case to file rejoinders, if any, by October 9.
