Puttaparthi (AP), Nov 22: Elaborate security arrangements have been made in view of Vice President Bhairon Singh Shekhawat`s visit here today to participate in the birthday celebrations of Satya Sai Baba. He will also attend several cultural programmes including the convocation of Satya Sai Deemed University. Police patrolling has been intensified and checkposts have been set up at vulnerable points, police sources said here.
