He was 95.
Sen, an outstanding parliamentarian, was a member of the Lok Sabha for almost two decades.
A noted trade union leader, he was the president of the All India Trade Union Congress (AITUC) affiliated to CPI.
In a condolence message, the CPI central secretariat said Sen's dedication to the cause of communism and commitment for the party would continue to inspire coming generations of communists. Bureau Report
