New Delhi, Sept 23: Former Union Minister and Lok Janshakti President Ram Vilas Paswan today said CBI should go in appeal before the Supreme Court to come out clean on opposition's charges that it had scuttled the case against Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani. "CBI should go in appeal before the apex court against the order of the Rae Bareli court discharging Advani and framing charges against seven others in the Ayodhya case," he told reporters here on his return here from a fortnight-long foreign tour. Referring to the Supreme Court's observation that the Narendra Modi government in Gujarat should quit if it cannot punish rioters in the post-Godhra incidents, Paswan demanded that the Centre should dismiss the government.
Asked if BJP was cosing up to him after BSP leader Mayawati parted ways from the coalition with the saffron party in Uttar Pradesh, Paswan said "I do not need BJP".
