New Delhi, Oct 08: BJP today said it will have no tie-ups for the coming assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Delhi but did not rule out alliances for the Lok Sabha polls next year. "How can we say anything now about alliances for the Lok Sabha polls. As far as the assembly elections are concerned, the party is going it alone in these states," party spokesman Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi told reporters here today. He said in these four states, it was virtually a straight fight between Congress and BJP and therefore the party did not seek any allies. Asked whether the party would go for alliances in the Lok Sabha slated for next year, he shot back "how can we say anything about alliances now." Bureau Report
